1. Acceptance
By accessing and using this website, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Site Usage
This site is for informational and commercial use. Product information, prices and availability are referential and may change without notice. Final prices are confirmed in the formal quotation.
3. Quotes and Orders
Quotes are valid for 5 business days unless otherwise indicated. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of the purchase order and/or corresponding payment. Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on availability.
4. Invoicing
We issue CFDI invoices in accordance with SAT regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and complete tax information before invoicing.
5. Returns and Warranties
Products come with manufacturer warranty. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original packaging and unused. Special or custom-order products are not eligible for return.
6. Shipping
We ship throughout Mexico and the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight and volume. Local shipments in Piedras Negras and Eagle Pass may be free above minimum order amounts.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (texts, images, logos, designs) is the property of ABASA or their respective manufacturers. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
ABASA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or products purchased. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
9. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Piedras Negras, Coahuila.
